3 Questions That Save

3 Questions that save

Pythagoras (through his students), gave us invaluable Philosophical work.

One of the exercises he advised, was to ask ourselves three questions (regarding the actions of that particular day) before we go to bed. These questions will be our mental fulfillment, our mental culmination for that day. By exercising them for six months, we learn a lot about our virtues and ourselves in general. By exercising them more than six months, we enjoy the companionship of a very powerful ally.

The three questions to answer and study everyday are:

  1. What did i do and it was wrong?
  2. What did i do and it was right?
  3. Were all my daily responsibilities (as a human being, not professional or other types of responsibilities) accomplished, or i missed something?
